This photo was taken at the Shelbourne Museum in Vermont.  I applied two different Oil Painting techniques to this photograph.  In the first photo, I used the Oil Paint Filter in Photoshop CS6.  In the second photo, I used  the Oil Style in the AKVIS ArtWork plugin for Photoshop.
