How to Add Your Own Textures to Topaz Studio 2
Topaz Studio 2 gives you a lot of power and flexibility in customizing textures for your photographs. Topaz Studio 2 comes with dozens of textures that are accessed through the Texture filter.
But, you can also add your own textures to Topaz Studio 2 and save them in their own category giving you even more creative options for your photographs.
Here are the steps to import your own textures into Topaz Studio 2:
In the Texture Filter Panel, Click on the icon with the Arrow to the right of the Category Drop Down List.
Your Textures can be added to an existing texture category or you can create a new category for your images.
To add a new texture category, click on Add Category and enter a New Category Name (for example: My Textures or Imported Grunge Textures) and click OK.
Select the Category where you want your textured added, then Click on the Import Texture Button.
Navigate to the folder with your textures and select the textures that you want to import. Click Open.
Once the import process completes, Click on OK to close the Copy Dialog and Close to close the window.
Your new textures can now be found in the New Category that you created or the Category you selected to import the textures.
